With existing tenants including the Gaucho Grill, Peet’s Coffee, Subway, and Chase all vacating, we have successfully executed a lease with Kreation Café to open their full restaurant location at a record number for the area, and also secured The Shade Store, a high end home design studio, to take over the corner location at an equivalent rental rate.
